Integrity Advisors, Inc. was established in 2006 to serve the investment banking and corporate finance needs of middle market businesses.  The firm provides merger and acquisition advisory services and private placements of debt and equity.   Since inception, the firm has completed approximately $400 million of merger and acquisition transactions.  
 

The firm typically works on one or two engagements a year which ensures dedicated, senior-level attention on every deal.  This focus has resulted in numerous repeat clients.
